机器介绍

本机为双辊式水磨砂光机，借助喷水装置和水循环系统，采用湿法砂光，对金属类和石材表面进行拉丝抛光处理。采用特定材料及工艺制作的软性胶辊，研磨砂光力度容易控制，性能稳定。光电元件、摆动气缸、电器件、轴承等都经过防水、防锈处理，使用寿命更高。装有过载、气压过低、漏电、跑带、缺相等保护，以上任何一种出现故障，设备都会自动停止，并紧急制动，确保生产安全。

This machine is a double-roller water-grinding sander, with the help of water-jet device and water circulation system, it adopts wet sanding to brushed and polished bl type and stone surface. The soft rubber roller made by special material and process, the grinding and sanding strength is easy to control, high precision and stable perbance. Optical components, oscillating cylinders, electrical parts, bearings, etc. are treated with water-proof and rust-proof, with higher service life. Equipped with protection for overload, low air pressure, leakage, running belt, lack of level, etc. If any of the above fails, the equipment will stop automatically and emergency brake will be applied to ensure production safety.
