数显盐雾试验机盐雾试验箱

用途：模拟盐雾环境条件来考核产品或金属材料耐腐蚀氧化性能的环境试验。是研究机械、国防工业、轻工电子、仪表等行业各种环境适应性和可靠性的一种重要试验设备。

盐雾试验机设备特点：
1、连续/间接喷雾两种喷雾。编程全自动操作，一次写入，无需值守。
2、喷雾嘴采用伯努特原理吸盐水而雾化，无结晶盐产生。
3、控制系统触摸式按键设定，LCD控制操作界面均在同一机板上，人性化直立操作，所有检测数据一目了然。
4、按照国际盐雾试验运行要求，全自动模式和手动模式可任意选择。
5、停电记忆功能。
6、双重超温保护，设计及功能均符合世界各国标准。
二、规格说明：

三、箱体材料：
（一）试验箱体采用浅灰色PVC板焊接成型；耐温85℃，结构牢固。
（二）试验箱盖采用进口透明压克力耐冲击板，边缘内外双层加厚，防止因长时间高温产生扭曲变形。
（三）隐藏一体式试药桶，容易清洗，操作方便。
（四）压力空气桶采用SUS#304不锈钢耐高压高温试剂，加温、加湿、保温效果较佳。
（五）试验样品架采用平面分度式，15°、30°可任意调整角度，四面落雾均匀，受雾完全一致，测试结果准确，试验样品放置数量多。
（六）独特的水密结构，无盐雾溢出。
四、技术依据：
依照JIS、ASTM、CNS、GB标准参数操作设定。
（一）盐水喷雾试验：NSS
试验箱：35℃±1℃、压力空气桶：47℃±1℃。
（二）耐腐蚀试验：CASS
试验箱：50℃±1℃、压力空气桶：63℃±1℃。
五、空气供气系统：
空气压力1Kg/Cm2分两段调整，一段为大略调整2 Kg/Cm2，采用进口空气过滤器，附有排水功能；二段精密调整为1Kg/Cm2，压力表显示精密准确。
六、喷雾方式：
（一）伯努特原理吸取盐水而后雾化，雾化程度均匀，绝无阻塞结晶之现象，可确保测试连续运行。
（二）喷嘴采用钢化玻璃制成，可调整喷雾量大小及喷出角度。
（三）喷雾量1~2ml/h可调（ml/80cm2/h标准要求测试16小时求平均值），计量筒采用内嵌式安装，外形美观整齐，观察方便，减少仪器安装空间。
（四）可程式喷雾，可调时间为1S-9999H（包括连续式喷雾与间断式喷雾）。
七、加热系统：
采用蒸汽直接加热方式，升温速度快，减少待机时间；当到达温度时，自动切换恒温状态，控温准确，耗电量少；纯钛制发热管，耐酸碱腐蚀、超长使用寿命。
八、控制系统：
（一）触摸式按键设定、LCD控制操作界面均在同一机板，人性化直立操作；所有监测数据且一目了然。
（二）采用（Siemens）PLC，32位汽车极高处理器，性能稳定，可靠。
（三）计时方式可快速转换，方便观察试验时间，可调试为0.1S~999999H（H、M、S可调），并具备停电记忆功能。
（四）按照国际盐雾试验运行要求设计，全自动模式和手动模式可任意选择，全自动模式下，机器运行温度未满足试验要求，机器不会自动工作（人为因素除外）；大大提高试验的准确性。
